As an Account Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role, taking ownership of projects and ensuring their successful delivery. You'll closely manage projects, focusing on time, costs, and resources for profitable delivery that exceeds the brief and delights our clients. You will have a strong emphasis on project management excellence, client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall profitability of each project. <div>What are the key responsibilities?<br>● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, &nbsp;providing consistently high-level, responsive service, managing their development, and overseeing administrative, organisational, and financial aspects, with Account Executive support as needed. Ensure that we deliver value-add solutions to our clients, solving their challenges and resulting in high levels of client satisfaction.&nbsp;</div>
<div>● Strategic Campaign Development &amp; Briefing: Proactively challenge client briefs, lead the development of campaign briefs and overall strategy when necessary, and effectively brief in, sell in, and safeguard creative concepts in collaboration with the Creative team.</div>
<div>● Project Management &amp; Execution: Use project management tools/platforms to efficiently manage projects from initial brief to completion, maintaining high standards of client service, communication, and professionalism, including the creation of comprehensive written briefs and proactive management of timing plans and deadlines.&nbsp;</div>
<div>● Financial and Administrative Oversight: Manage all project-related administrative tasks (status sheets, contact reports, etc.) and ensure all financial procedures are followed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing necessary financial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.</div>
<div>● Client Growth &amp; Development: Actively participate in the development and implementation of client development plans, ensuring they are current, delivering on action points, and regularly reviewing progress with senior team members.</div>
<div>● Contribution to Business Success: Understand and contribute to Ride Shotgun's business objectives and assist in the development and conversion of new business opportunities as required.</div>

<div>What skills are required?<br>●&nbsp; Experience in brand and marketing project delivery within an agency setting.&nbsp;</div>
<div>●&nbsp; Experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with strong brand and marketing experience.&nbsp;</div>
<div>●&nbsp; Confident communication is essential to present work to clients and team members.&nbsp;</div>
<div>●&nbsp; The flexibility to work with a wide range of sectors in both B2B and B2C.&nbsp;</div>
<div>●&nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail and the urge to drive projects forward is essential.&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>Location and working hours</strong></div>
<div>This role is working from our Manchester office, 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is the option for hybrid working. The role will require occasional travel to other sites and to visit clients.</div>
