<div>1. Talent &amp; People Operations (The "Human" Element)</div>
<ul>
<li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of our team- from crafting engaging job ads and interviewing candidates to ensuring every new hire has a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience.</li>
<li>HR Administration: Act as the local HR expert. You will prepare employment contracts, manage amendments, and oversee contract terminations with professionalism and care.</li>
<li>Benefits &amp; Wellbeing: Manage our team’s perks, including health insurance and MultiSport cards, ensuring everyone is well-cared for.<br>Attendance &amp; Compliance: Take charge of managing leave, sick notes, and issuing official certificates or declarations.</li>

<div><strong>2. Culture &amp; Connection</strong></div>

<li>Event Architect: Lead the charge in organizing team-building activities, corporate events, and internal initiatives that keep our team connected and motivated.</li>
<li>Environment &amp; Vibe: Ensure our office is a place people want to be. You’ll manage relationships with all external providers (cleaning, supplies, fire safety, and occupational health) to maintain a safe and inspiring space.</li>

<div><strong>3. Financial &amp; International Coordination</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Finance &amp; Reporting: Coordinate with external accounting teams, process invoices, and prepare monthly expense reports to keep our finances transparent and organized.</li>
<li>Logistics &amp; Travel: Be the "travel guru" for the team, organizing business trips to the UK (flights, insurance) and arranging high-quality accommodation for guests visiting Bulgaria.</li>

<li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken).</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a complex role - office management, HR, or financial administration.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, and strong financial literacy.</li>
<li>Proactive approach - not only completing tasks but anticipating the needs of the office and the team.</li>
<li>Hybrid work model- minimum 3 days per week office-based presence.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<div><strong>Location and working hours</strong></div>
<div>This role will be based from our Sofia office, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is open to hybrid working.&nbsp;</div>

<div>*Please note that this position is a Мaternity cover and the contract will be in place until the return of the role holder.</div>
