Work with us
default

Roehampton Students’ Union is the representative body for students at the University of Roehampton. It is led by students, and we are honoured to be part of a diverse, vibrant, and supportive community.

The students RSU serves to represent, support, and develop are diverse and come from all walks of life. We recruit people based on the merits of their application and strive to represent a variety of backgrounds in our teams.

Doing so strengthens our ability to deliver on our strategic aims and support our elected officers to be impactful. We are accommodating and flexible in how we work with people and we invite informal discussion about how the role and the nature of the work you’ll do if appointed can be as accessible as possible during this process.

About Us

Put simply, we exist to make student life better for students at Roehampton and everything we do should be in the service of driving this forward.

Student focused

We are committed to being open and transparent, fostering trust and ensuring everyone feels informed and involved in our decisions and actions

Transparent

We support equity, diversity, and inclusion and believe the Students’ Union is a place where everyone can thrive. We adjust our services to assist and reflect the evolving, diverse needs of our students and increase their participation in Union activities.

Supportive

We are ambitious for our students and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Being bold means taking calculated risks, speaking up, and having the morale courage to push for meaningful change, even when it’s difficult. We believe in the power of student voice and action to shape a better university experience.

Bold

We are committed to excellence in everything we do. From the services we deliver to the way we communicate; we aim to meet high standards and continuously improve and iterate. Quality is not about perfection, it’s about consistency, care, and a drive to do better.

High Quality

Our Values

We're here to make student life better at Roehampton.
