<div><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></div>

<li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and customer acquisition</li>
<li>Improve trial acquisition, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness</li>
<li>Optimise channel mix and marketing investment to maximise return</li>
<li>Support sales pipeline generation through coordinated campaigns and initiatives</li>

<li>Own Marketing Channel Performance
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage marketing activity across social, content, website, lifecycle marketing, and paid channels</li>
<li>Ensure marketing activity is delivered consistently and aligned to business priorities</li>
<li>Balance short-term performance objectives with long-term brand growth</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Lead Content &amp; Social Execution
<ul>
<li>Own content planning and delivery across key channels</li>
<li>Manage content production cadence and social media execution</li>
<li>Ensure messaging remains consistent with brand positioning</li>
<li>Balance always-on content with campaign-driven activity</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Improve Website Performance &amp; Conversion
<ul>
<li>Own website performance and optimisation</li>
<li>Improve conversion across key customer journeys</li>
<li>Manage testing, experimentation, and CRO initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure website experience aligns with customer needs and brand standards</li>
</ul>

<li>Build Marketing Operations
<ul>
<li>Establish systems, processes, and reporting that enable marketing to scale</li>
<li>Maintain CRM and marketing automation effectiveness</li>
<li>Create visibility through clear reporting and performance insights</li>
<li>Build a predictable and reliable marketing operating rhythm</li>
</ul>

<li>Lead and Develop the Team
<ul>
<li>Manage and support content and marketing team members</li>
<li>Set clear priorities, expectations, and accountability</li>
<li>Improve team performance and delivery quality over time</li>
<li>Create an environment focused on ownership, learning, and results</li>

<li>5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or SMB-focused businesses</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing execution</li>
<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing, content, and lifecycle marketing</li>
<li>Experience owning or contributing to website optimisation and CRO</li>
<li>Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms</li>
<li>Track record of improving marketing efficiency and performance</li>
<li>Experience managing and developing team members</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a scaling, resource-constrained environment &nbsp;</li>
