<div>We're looking for a mid-level full-stack engineer to get stuck in and help us drive our product forward. You’ll play a key role in shaping our architecture, validating technical approaches, and delivering reliable, high-performance features that make a difference for our users.</div>
<h4>What You’ll Be Doing:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Backend architecture and development within your product team, primarily using Node.js/NestJS.</li>
<li>Frontend architecture and development within your product team, primarily using Angular/TypeScript.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape technical solutions that align with user needs.</li>
<li>Technical discovery: explore solutions, spike ideas, and validate assumptions through experiments.</li>
<li>Contributing to key architectural decisions with scalability, performance, and maintainability in mind.</li>
<li>Ensure clean, well-tested code within a CI/CD, trunk-based development environment.</li>
<li>Participating in an Agile Scrum team, helping with Agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, reviews) and agreeing delivery goals.</li>
<li>Collaborating with developers across the team to foster strong engineering practices.</li>
</ul>
<h4>You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Have experience building and scaling backend services with Node.js/NestJS or similar frameworks.</li>
<li>Have experience building and scaling frontend services with Angular/Typescript or similar frameworks.</li>
<li>Enjoy working across the stack in order to deliver real customer change.</li>
<li>Understand modern architectural patterns, RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud/web infrastructure.</li>
<li>Take a product-focused mindset—thinking in terms of value, impact, and user outcomes.</li>
<li>Are comfortable working in an Agile environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.</li>
<li>Take ownership, help unblock others, and actively contribute to a positive team culture.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What We're Looking For:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience working on production-grade systems.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of TypeScript, clean architecture principles, and best practices.</li>
<li>Experience with relational databases and/or distributed systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular.</li>
<li>Bonus: Experience with mobile development or cross-platform technologies (e.g., React Native).</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.</li>
<li>Background working in SaaS or product-centric development environments.</li>
</ul>
