<div><strong>Role Summary</strong></div>
<div>We are seeking a Regional Supervisor with a strong background in residential building and proven experience running projects such as extensions, loft conversions, roofing, and internal fit-outs.</div>
<div>This role will suit an experienced builder or foreman looking to step off the tools around 75% of the time, while still keeping a practical hand in when needed. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident leading site teams, and committed to delivering quality work on time and to budget.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div><strong>Operational Leadership</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple residential projects</li>
<li>Plan works in advance, ensuring labour, plant and materials are ordered on time</li>
<li>Take a hands-on approach when required to support the team or solve problems</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Health &amp; Safety/Compliance</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all works meet health and safety standards, building regs, and company procedures</li>
<li>Carry out daily site checks, inductions, and toolbox talks</li>
<li>Keep paperwork such as RAMS, permits, and inspections up to date</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Reporting</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager/Head Office</li>
<li>Keep accurate daily records of labour, materials, and site activity</li>
<li>Use systems (e.g. Monday.com / Excel) to track jobs and update stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Client &amp; Stakeholder Liaison</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Maintain excellent relationships with homeowners and clients, keeping them informed throughout the build</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally, dealing with issues quickly and positively</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Team &amp; Site Management</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency</li>
<li>Support and mentor apprentices and junior staff.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation at all times</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div><strong>Hands-On Approach</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Step in with tools when required — e.g. snagging, small works, or assisting to keep programmes moving</li>
<li>Provide technical knowledge and practical guidance to the team</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></div>
<div><strong>Essential:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience in residential construction as a Builder, Foreman, or Site Supervisor</li>
<li>Proven track record delivering extensions, roofing, refurbishments, or fit-outs</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once</li>
<li>Good knowledge of health &amp; safety and building regulations</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients and teams</li>
<li>Competent with Microsoft Office and project tracking software.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>SSSTS or SMSTS (required)</li>
<li>First Aid at Work</li>
<li>Trade qualification or NVQ in Construction</li>
<li>CSCS card</li>
