<li>Lead in-game animation across gameplay, characters, creatures and the mini-cuts that punctuate the journey between chapters</li>
<li>Make combat feel great, with every swing, dodge, hit and reaction crafted to feel weighty and responsive</li>
<li>Give our cast genuine character, bringing life and personality to their animations and adding the small touches that make Neverland feel handmade</li>
<li>Work closely with Engineering and Design, iterating on feel until every mechanic lands the way it should</li>
<li>Partner with the Cutscene Director to make our cinematic moments read as one continuous storybook</li>
<li>Lift the wider animation team by sharing techniques, running reviews and raising the bar for everyone</li>
<li>Champion handcrafted, hand-keyed character animation. It's the heart of how Neverland looks</li>

<div><strong>What we're looking for</strong></div>
<div>

<ul>
<li>You've animated on games before, with at least one shipped console or PC title</li>
<li>A showreel that shows gameplay animation, character performance and the handmade quality we're after</li>
<li>Combat animation experience, including attacks, hits and reactions you've refined until they felt satisfying</li>
<li>Expert Maya skills. Unreal Engine 5 experience is strongly preferred</li>
<li>You're a hand-key animator first. This is a hand-keyed studio</li>
<li>You understand the 12 principles of animation and how to apply them to gameplay animation</li>
<li>A love of fantasy worlds, expressive characters and storytelling through movement</li>
<li>You take ownership and push for quality without being asked</li>
</ul>

<li>Tuesday to Thursday in our Warrington studio</li>
<li>Monday and Friday at your discretion, though many of us are in the office</li>
