<div>You'll have demonstrable AAA experience, be fluent in Unreal Engine, and be able to dissect mechanics and expose their flaws. You will have made mistakes and learned from them, and you will suggest solutions others haven't. You will offer something others can't.</div>

<div>We use automation so we can focus on creation. We have Technical Artists leading how art is built, we use external contractors to augment our skill sets, and we're building automated profiling and functional testing to ensure that what we build stays solid and performant.</div>
