This role will be responsible for handling administrative duties, human resources functions, and office management to ensure smooth daily operations. <div><strong>Reporting Lines:</strong> Reporting to Marketing &amp; Administrator Manager of Skyways Technics.</div>

<div><strong>Office Management Tasks:</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ensure smooth functioning of the daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and security coordination.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; To oversee all the Government and free zone related activities including execution of labor related issues, timely renewal of trade licenses and tax related matters for the company.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ensure timely payment of local suppliers (electricity, telephone, Cooling etc.) and coordinate with local accounting.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in preparing reports, local events, and travel arrangements.&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>HR Activities:</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Employee leave, absence, and sickness monitoring.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Interacting with various stakeholders on a weekly basis to handle disciplinary issues and to manage and ensure prompt responses to the day-to-day problems/queries from the employees in the most effective manner.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage employee relations and address workplace issues effectively.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2+ years of experience in an HR and administrative role.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to details.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</div>
