<div><strong>Global Technology Strategy and Implementation</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Unified Framework: Design and implement a standardized global technology architecture that aligns all regional offices with corporate objectives.</li>
<li>Infrastructure Modernization: Transition legacy systems to scalable, cloud-based environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical aviation maintenance and supply chain applications.</li>
<li>Cybersecurity &amp; Compliance: Establish world-class security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with international aviation data regulations.</li>

<div><strong>AI &amp; Data Intelligence</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Predictive Analytics: Implement AI models for predictive maintenance, allowing the organization to forecast component failures and optimize inventory levels.</li>
<li>Machine Learning (ML): Use ML to enhance procurement strategies and pricing models, ensuring Skyways Technics remains the most efficient provider in the market.</li>
<li>Data Governance: Establish a global Single Source for data, enabling real-time executive decision-making through advanced BI dashboards.</li>

<div><strong>Hyper Automation &amp; Process Optimization</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>ERP Implementation and Integration: Oversee the global rollout and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to replace manual tracking and workflows.</li>
<li>Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Identify and automate high-volume, repetitive tasks within finance, HR, and logistics to increase operational velocity.</li>
<li>Workflow Digitization: Lead the Paperless Facility initiative, digitizing technical records and shop floor documentation for seamless global access.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Executive Leadership: Serve as a key member of the executive team, advising on the technical feasibility of new business ventures and facility expansions.</li>
<li>Take over the full responsibilities of the existing Skyways IT Infrastructure and Teams.</li>
<li>Budgetary Oversight: Manage the global CAPEX and OPEX technology budgets, ensuring high ROI on all digital transformations.</li>
<li>Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage global contracts with hardware, software, and telecommunications providers to ensure cost-efficiency.</li>
<li>Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing global technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Profile &amp; Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>8-10 Years experience in progressive technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years at a director or C- Suite level.</li>
<li>Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, with focus on Artificial Intelligence</li>
<li>Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions that resulted in measurable operational and process efficiency and cost savings.</li>
<li>Proven track record of ERP system change(s) with efficiency gain</li>
<li>Preferably worked in Aviation, Aerospace or Logistics industry</li>
<li>Deep understanding and knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), ERP systems and modern API Integrations.</li>
<li>Exceptional cross cultural and multicultural communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non technical stakeholders<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>
