<div>This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to start a one-person team, and rapidly grow into building a strong commercial team. This role requires an entrepreneurial and result driven mindset as well as a strong background in both sales and purchasing (including brokering and repair management).</div>

<div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>

<div><br><strong>• Sales Development:</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target key markets and customers within the EMEA region.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market knowledge.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. o Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.</li>
<li>Promote Skyways Technic’s in-house repair capability applicable to ”non-ATR” aircraft.</li>
<li>Implement group marketing actions and strategies</li>
<li>Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs and handle their organization in collaboration with the Marketing Department</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, capability development, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.</li>
<li>Travel regularly to visit customers and stakeholders (minimum 20% travel time expected)</li>
<li>Own the relationship between Skyways Technics and its customers in the region</li>

<div><br><strong>Purchasing and Inventory Management:</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Source and procure non-ATR spare parts and packages from reliable suppliers.</li>
<li>Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize holding costs.</li>
<li>Oversee repair management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.</li>
<li>Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and repair vendors to optimize purchasing and repair costs.</li>

<li>Develop a plan to build and manage a high-performing team.</li>
<li>Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.</li>

<ul>
<li>Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets, including gross margin goals.</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Implement effective cost control measures to optimize profitability.</li>
<li>Ensure on-time customer payment together with the credit control team</li>

<div><br><strong>Skills &amp; Added Qualifications:</strong></div>

<li>Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing</li>
<li>Additional foreign language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, French)</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal skills, a true leader, who inspires and leads naturally</li>

<li>Curious, willing to take calculated risks</li>

<li>Experience in selling B2B services, especially for repairing and selling aircraft components and parts</li>
<li>An existing network of customers in commercial aviation aftermarket sector</li>
<li>Knowledge in Airbus, Boeing or Embraer aircraft is a plus</li>
