<li style="text-align: justify;">Supports Skyways Technics workshop in the replenishment and purchase of required tooling, raw materials, services, parts, consumables, and expendables.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">To ensure that the workshop’s procurement requirements are met, and materials inventories are constantly replenished and kept at sufficient levels to facilitate our repair service needs, quality, and the on-time delivery to our customers, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">In collaboration with the planning and the shop operations, the Procurement Executive will evaluate each purchase on a case-by-case basis.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Source and purchase repair materials and tooling in support of Part-145 repair activities</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Support the sourcing needs of Skyways Technics internal departments.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible service offerings with respect to lead time vs. price and quality.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of items.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Monitor all purchases to avoid any shortages, overcharges, and disruptions of the supply Chain.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Liaise with logistics for best shipping option.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Manage the outsourcing of tools needing repair, maintenance, or calibration.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Submit Purchase Orders to vendors.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Participate in daily operations briefings.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Update inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are appropriate.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Initiate transfers between Skyways Technics Asia and various Skyways Technics warehouses worldwide</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Conduct benchmarking exercises.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure costs remain within the set procurement budget.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Participate in planning meetings.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Maintain and update the supplier and vendor database.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Assist the Procurement Manager in the evaluation of supplier and vendor performance.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Help with the sourcing of new suppliers considering prices, lead times, and quality.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Aid in monitoring of the Moving Average Price (MAP) of purchased components, parts, materials, and consumables.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Have a clear understanding of the workshop activity, associated challenges, and objectives.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Follow purchasing procedures and policies and ensure all transactions are documented.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Performing all procurement activities in compliance with applicable regulations and standards set by Skyways Technics.</li>

<div><em><strong>Qualification requirements:</strong></em></div>

<li>Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.</li>
<li>Good communication skill both in spoken and written in English.</li>
<li>Good organization skill and time management skill.</li>
<li>Analytics, details and performance oriented.</li>
<li>Strong IT system skill such as Excel.</li>
</ul>
