<li style="text-align: justify;">Assist to manage full lifecycle of assets: acquisition, induction, repair strategy, valuation, and resale.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Analyse FMV, market demand, repair costs, and part interchangeability to determine purchasing and trading decisions.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Oversee teardown programs for A320/B737 aircraft and engines when applicable.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Identify surplus and slow-moving stock; define actions to maximise turnover and margin.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Maintain accurate asset records, certifications, trace documents, and commercial status.</li>

<div><em><strong>Purchasing Management</strong></em></div>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li style="text-align: justify;">Source components from operators, lessors, teardown partners, brokers, and repair shops.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Negotiate purchase prices, contract terms, payment conditions, warranties, and delivery schedules.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure all purchases comply with export control and quality requirements (EASA/FAA).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Coordinate with logistics, quality, repairs, and finance teams for PO execution and asset induction.</li>
</ul>

<div><em><strong>Trading &amp; Commercial Support</strong></em></div>

<li>Work closely with the sales team to define competitive pricing and stock strategies.</li>
<li>Support quotations, RFQs, and commercial negotiations for narrow-body components.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and provide forecasts for pricing, demand, and teardown opportunities.</li>
<li>Optimise repair decisions versus part-out strategies to maximise profitability</li>

<div><em><strong>Qualifications:</strong></em></div>

<li>3+ years’ experience in aviation components trading, purchasing, or asset management.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of A320 and B737 platforms, rotables, LRU systems, and teardown economics.</li>
<li>Proven negotiation skills and supplier management experience.</li>
<li>Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities.</li>
