<li>Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to sheet metal technicians based on workload, competence, and production priorities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct daily work allocation and ensure each technician has clearly defined tasks and production priorities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor repair progress against agreed turnaround time (TAT), estimated completion dates, and workshop production targets.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a strong presence on the workshop floor and proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure sheet metal repairs on aircraft components and flight controls are performed in accordance with approved maintenance data, CMMs, SRMs, Engineering Orders, repair instructions, and company procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review repair requirements and ensure technicians clearly understand the applicable maintenance data and work scope before commencing work.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support technicians with complex structural repairs and provide hands-on technical guidance when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure damages, additional findings, and repair deviations are identified, documented, and reported to Technical Services promptly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with Technical Services regarding damage assessments, OEM repair requests, technical queries, and repair instructions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure maintenance documentation and work records are completed accurately and progressively throughout the repair process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor workshop productivity, labour utilization, and work order progress and report operational risks or delays to Workshop Management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the availability of required manpower, tooling, equipment, materials, and maintenance data to support planned repair activities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing regarding material shortages and operational requirements that may impact production.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper use, control, and care of workshop tooling and equipment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure calibrated tools and measuring equipment are used where required and remain within their applicable calibration status.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, housekeeping, and safety within the Sheet Metal Workshop.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with applicable Part-145 requirements, company procedures, occupational health and safety requirements, and applicable Polish workplace regulations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and develop sheet metal technicians and support the identification of training and competency development needs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the assessment of technician skills and provide feedback to Workshop Management regarding employee performance and development.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the onboarding and practical integration of new sheet metal personnel.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and support the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, repair quality, workshop flow, and turnaround time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Sheet Metal Workshop.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report production status, resource requirements, risks, and operational issues to the Deputy Group Workshop Manager.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Technical or vocational education in aircraft maintenance, aircraft structures, sheet metal work, mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, or a related technical discipline.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of aircraft sheet metal and structural repair techniques.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to read, understand, and interpret CMMs, SRMs, technical drawings, Engineering Orders, and approved repair instructions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good knowledge of aircraft structural materials, fasteners, repair methods, and manufacturing techniques.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good understanding of precision measuring tools and workshop equipment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of Part-145 requirements, Human Factors, and aviation safety principles.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong hands-on experience in structural repairs on aircraft components, flight controls, or aircraft structures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience using CMMs, SRMs, technical drawings, and approved repair instructions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in planning and allocating daily workshop activities and monitoring production progress.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience within an EASA Part-145-approved maintenance organization is highly desirable.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience supporting audits, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance activities is preferred.&nbsp;</li>
