<h2>The Role</h2>
<div>We're looking for a <strong>Senior Enterprise Sales Manager </strong>to join our team. You'll run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with major enterprise accounts, selling digital identity and KYC solutions into financial services and fintech. A senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO.&nbsp; This role can be based in either Kenya or the UAE.&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What the role involves</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close on 6-figure deals</li>
<li>Build and maintain C-suite relationships across compliance, risk, and digital transformation</li>
<li>Manage a clean pipeline and forecast accurately</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of B2B enterprise sales in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or financial services</li>
<li>Proven track record in enterprise sales with existing relationships across financial services and fintech</li>
<li>Clear, credible communicator at C-suite level</li>
<li>Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously</li>
</ul>
