<div>ROLE OVERVIEW&nbsp; The Community &amp; Influencer Executive plays a key role in maintaining Stripe &amp; Stare’s warm, engaging and responsive online presence, while also building and managing meaningful influencer and VIP relationships. &nbsp;This role owns day-to-day community management across all social channels and supports the ongoing growth and optimisation of our influencer and affiliate programme, particularly ShopMy. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Head of Brand to turn relationships into long-term brand advocacy and measurable revenue.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div>
<div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Community Management&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage daily community engagement across all Stripe &amp; Stare social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms)&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, friendly and on-brand manner&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Proactively engage with followers, customers and brand advocates to build strong community relationships&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Flag recurring questions, feedback or sentiment to the wider marketing and customer care teams &nbsp; Influencer &amp; VIP Outreach&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the execution of the influencer strategy through consistent outreach to micro, macro, mega and VIP talent&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify, research and engage new influencers and creators aligned with the Stripe &amp; Stare brand&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and VIPs to drive advocacy and repeat collaboration&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Create influencer and talent briefs in line with campaigns&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage influencer communications including outreach, follow-ups and relationship management · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and conceptualise all relating influencer and VIP events in line with campaign moments</div>

<div>ShopMy &amp; Affiliate Management&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the day-to-day management of Stripe &amp; Stare’s ShopMy platform&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Onboard new influencers to ShopMy and support them with links, product recommendations and best practice&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Build Gifting Lookbooks in platform&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Build strong relationships with ShopMy creators to maximise engagement, content creation and revenue&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor performance and flag opportunities to optimise affiliate output in collaboration with the Social Media Manager&nbsp; &nbsp; Database &amp; Administration&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain and regularly update influencer, VIP and affiliate databases&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Track outreach, relationships, activity and performance across influencers and ShopMy creators&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support reporting on influencer and affiliate performance when required&nbsp; &nbsp; Collaboration &amp; Campaign Support&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with the Social Media Manager, PR team and Gifting team to support influencer &nbsp; Campaigns and product launches&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with influencer gifting coordination, ensuring a smooth and premium experience&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support social and brand campaigns by amplifying influencer content and community engagement&nbsp; &nbsp;</div>
<div>ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 1-2 Years of experience across influencers or social media is preferred but not essential; Experience working with creators, managing outreach or supporting affiliate platforms is advantageous. Attitude: Highly organised, calm under pressure and obsessively detail-focused. &nbsp;Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment Technical: Experience with influencer databases, tracking tools and reporting spreadsheets. Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. ShopMy or similar) is desirable; Confident using Google Sheets/Excel or analytics tools; Understands basic influencer metrics including engagement rate, reach, conversions and revenue attribution. Creative Culture: Deeply engaged with social media trends, creator culture and emerging talent. Understands what makes content perform and how community drives brand growth; Brings fresh ideas for nurturing relationships and turning creators into long-term advocates; Genuinely excited by building a brand through authentic connections rather than transactional partnerships. Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of tone of voice; Confident reaching out to new talent and maintaining professional, warm relationships with influencers and VIPs; Clear and organised communicator internally, keeping the wider team updated on outreach and performance.
