<div>Reporting into the CRM &amp; Lifecycle Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our CRM strategy to life - from crafting emails and SMS messages to optimising journeys that keep our community coming back for more cloud-soft comfort. <div><strong>What you’ll be responsible for:</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Building and scheduling all email and SMS campaigns across UK, USA and wider ROW markets.</li>
<li>Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, sharing clear and actionable insights to support continued growth across CRM channels.</li>
<li>Creating and maintaining automated customer journeys, including updating imagery and creative assets to align with seasonal campaigns and launches.</li>
<li>Work closely with the CRM &amp; Lifecycle Manager to develop CRM strategies and communication plans across owned channels.</li>
<li>Briefing our internal creative team to develop engaging campaign concepts that align with key trading moments, product launches, seasonal trends and stock availability.</li>
<li>Work closely with the CRM &amp; Lifecycle Manager, eCommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are optimised and on brand.</li>
<li>Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify key trends and opportunities to strengthen our CRM strategy.</li>
<li>Conduct and monitor A/B test results, reporting on this regularly to the CRM &amp; Lifecycle Manager.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage direct mail suppression lists and communicate updates to external partners where required.</li>

<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Great attention to detail: </strong>From the layout of an email template to the grammar in an SMS, you take pride in delivering work that’s polished and accurate.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Proactive team player:</strong> You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team, so strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly are key.</div>

<div><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role (preferred).</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business or creative discipline (preferred).</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Interest in the fashion and retail industry.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Data literacy with a high level of attention to detail.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with CRM and eCommerce systems such as Klaviyo and Shopify (preferred).</div>

Stripe & Stare launched 8 years ago. We are a fast-growing, sustainable fashion business, known for
making the most comfortable knickers in the world, from trees! Barking mad, right? Alongside our
‘flagship’ knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is
primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Our customers
also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including Selfridges and multiple independent
boutiques in the UK and Nordstrom and Shopbop in the US.
