making the most comfortable knickers in the world, from trees! Barking mad, right? Alongside our
‘flagship’ knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is
primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Our customers
also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including Selfridges and multiple independent
boutiques in the UK and Nordstrom and Shopbop in the US.

<div>We are now looking for a key hire an Experienced Junior – Mid Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a hybrid role working M/F from home and Tu/Wed/Th from our London office.</div>

<div><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></div>
<div>Working closely with the Senior Designer, creating high-quality, consistent digital and print assets across paid social, email, packaging, POS and marketing materials, keeping the Stripe &amp; Stare look and feel best-in-class at every touchpoint.</div>

<div><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Supporting the Senior Designer to create high quality and consistent digital and print assets, including but not limited to: paid social, email, packaging, inserts, POS, lookbooks as well as other marketing material.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Making sure the look and feel of the brand is best in class across every touchpoint.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Working well and building strong relationships with other departments, showing clear collaborative and communication skills.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Keeping up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements, and competitors.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Supporting and assisting the Senior Designer on the production of campaign shoots and e-commerce shoots.</div>

<div><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1-2 years’ experience working in graphic design.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge of design principles and Adobe CC — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in motion graphics/video — After Effects and Premiere Pro highly desirable.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A creative thinker, always looking to push design and creative concepts further.</div>
