<div><strong>The Role&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and optimise our paid acquisition channels across key platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok.&nbsp;</div>
<div>Working closely with our Growth Director and agency partners, you’ll help ensure every pound of marketing investment drives efficient and scalable growth.&nbsp;</div>
<div>This role sits at the intersection of data, creative and commercial performance ideal for someone who enjoys analysing performance, running experiments and turning insight into action.&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></div>

<div><strong>Own paid acquisition performance&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, PMAX, YouTube) and TikTok&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting and bidding strategies&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Run testing and experimentation&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Build structured testing across creative, audiences and campaign formats&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Identify and test new acquisition opportunities and channels&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>What We’re Looking For&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4–6+ years’ experience in performance marketing or paid media&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Experience working within ecommerce or DTC brands&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Analytical mindset, you know your CPAs and LTVs from your VPLs&nbsp;</div>

Performance Marketing Manager

Stripe & Stare launched 8 years ago. We are a fast-growing, sustainable fashion business, known for
making the most comfortable knickers in the world, from trees! Barking mad, right? Alongside our
‘flagship’ knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is
primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Our customers
also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including Selfridges and multiple independent
boutiques in the UK and Nordstrom and Shopbop in the US.
