Alongside our ‘flagship’ knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Our customers also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including Selfridges and multiple independent boutiques in the UK and Nordstrom and Shopbop in the US.</div>

<div>As our social channels continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to be the hands on our channels — posting, running and reporting on Instagram and Pinterest daily, managing our community in our voice, and keeping the signed-off calendar shipping.</div>

<div><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Schedule and publish against the signed-off weekly calendar — pillar, format, hook, caption angle, CTA, every post.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Run community management: comments, DMs and conversation, warm and on-voice (British English, no gen-Z speak).</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Keep the channels healthy — Instagram as the daily brand voice, Pinterest as the quiet discovery engine.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ad hoc content creation &amp; editing as needed to support the calendar and in-the-moment community moments.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Produce weekly and monthly social reporting for Senior Team</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Run review-of-the-week and help keep the reviews bank fed.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gather and log UGC &amp; paid content potential; flag whitelisting candidates for the paid engine.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support Confessions and series content in-channel; escalate wink-worthy community moments fast.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work and support across Instagram, TikTok &amp; Substack.</div>
<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Available to work outside of standard hours where necessary (e.g. time-sensitive community moments or launches), taken back in lieu.</div>

<div>• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience using Meta Business Suite.</div>
