<div>With a growing number of universities adopting StudyStash, we're looking for a Founding Engineer to join us as one of our first employees. You’ll ship production code from day one and own major features end-to-end. You’ll be talking to users, building and iterating.</div>

<div>We’re a hybrid team based in the UK + US, and this position will require 3 days a week in person, working directly with the CTO.</div>

<h3><br>Skills &amp; experience we're looking for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years shipping full-stack production code across TypeScript, React, Next.js.</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with building LLM apps (RAG, prompting, structured outputs, bias handling)</li>
<li>Comfortable moving extremely fast with rapid iterations</li>
<li>Strong debugging and performance tuning skills (e.g. N+1 queries, memory usage, job queues)</li>
