<div>As a Senior Account Director, you are a key senior leader within the Client Partnerships team, reporting to the Head of Client Partnerships. You are responsible for driving strategic account growth, delivering excellence, and building strong client relationships across key accounts, setting the standard for best-in-class work. This role will initially focus on a flagship account, with scope to expand across additional key clients as the business grows and to develop the client services team in alignment with our expansion.</div>

<li>Provide the Leadership Team with structured insights on revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Strengthen and develop the client services team, including direct line management of the Account Manager.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional collaboration (Strategy, Creative, Production) to ensure projects are high-quality, on time, and on budget.</li>
<li>Manage agency traffic and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.</li>
<li>Champion and refine agency workflows to maintain consistent delivery standards.</li>
