On the face of it, Hey Honey is a social-first creative agency that wants to do good in the world. “Great, what’s new about that?” you might ask. Well in reality, not much BUT what's driving us is a lot more than ‘doing good’, it's about impact and the progress we make in-line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

<div>Social media isn’t just about LIKES and FOLLOWERS and you know that. You’re a connector, an engager, and a creative. You love engaging with audiences, coming up with witty one-liners for captions, and have no problem getting your hands dirty. You’ll be the voice and presence of our clients on social media platforms (mostly Meta and TikTok) delivering content and stories that resonate with their audiences. In this role, you will lead and mentor a growing team, including junior social media managers and creator / influencer managers —while working alongside client services, strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver emotional, meaningful, and high-impact work.</div>

<div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div>

<li>Act as the primary architect of our clients’ global social activities, aligning social-first initiatives with broader international business goals.</li>
<li>Oversee and execute end-to-end global campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring content is localised and tailored to regional nuances.</li>
<li>Guide the development of channel-specific content calendars, ensuring a consistent, strategic, and "social-first" narrative across all client touchpoints.</li>
<li>Be the key point of contact for global clients, translating their needs into creative social briefs.</li>
<li>Partner with Creative, Production, and Influencer teamsto push ideas from initial insight-driven concepts through to final activation</li>
<li>Lead organic social efforts and collaborate closely with our paid social team to ensure creative excellence and performance marketing work in complete harmony.</li>
<li>Translating monthly data, ROI metrics, and social listening into actionable insights for clients. You will own the reporting cycle from start to finish.</li>
<li>Inspire internal teams and educate clients on the ever-shifting social landscape, emerging formats, and creator-economy trends.</li>

<li>5+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within an agency environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing people and guiding content creators or influencer workflows.</li>
<li>A strong track record of managing global campaigns and thinking cross-border/cross-culture.</li>
<li>Hybrid thinker. Just as comfortable directing a strategy or analysing a performance report as you are reviewing a caption copy</li>
<li>You live and breathe social media, understand creator culture deeply, and often spot trends before they go mainstream.</li>
