The Trampery is a purpose-led enterprise dedicated to making business a positive force in society. We provide workspaces, venues, training and management services in pursuit of our mission.<br><br>The Trampery is London’s leading independent workspace provider, operating a portfolio of architecturally diverse campuses across the city. Each location offers a mix of private studios, coworking, venues and hospitality. <br>The company was founded in 2009 by social entrepreneur Charles Armstrong. In that year it opened East London’s very first coworking space.&nbsp;<br><br>As a purpose-led business, The Trampery actively supports new forms of enterprise that solve social or environmental problems. It also offers dedicated support to entrepreneurs from under-represented backgrounds, helping to rebalance London’s unequal business community. 
Many of The Trampery’s workspaces form part of large-scale neighbourhood regeneration initiatives, working with an array of local governments, private developers, community groups and other partners. Alongside its workspace business, 
The Trampery also delivers a portfolio of future-facing training for startups and large organisations.&nbsp;<br>

<li>Strategy and Execution: Lead promotional strategies for Studio and Desk memberships to maintain high occupancy rates.</li>
<li>Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential businesses and charities, with a focus on sectors like Impact-led and Tech enterprises, including Med-Tech, and diverse leadership groups (e.g., Female, LGBTQ+, BAME, BCorp).</li>
<li>Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and manage the sales pipeline, convert enquiries into sales, and conduct facility tours and viewings.<br>CRM and Reporting: Utilise CRM to manage leads from enquiry through to contract; produce detailed monthly sales reports.</li>
<li>Contract Management: Handle administrative tasks including agreements, licence and lease renewals, and member off-boarding processes.</li>

<div><strong>Partnership Management</strong></div>

<li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead partnership strategies to enhance business growth and partnership engagement.</li>
<li>Community Collaboration: Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure high member retention and satisfaction.</li>
<li>External Representation: Represent The Trampery at external events, promoting and advocating for the community.</li>
<li>Relationship Management: Maintain and expand partner relationships, manage sector-focused partnerships, and respond to partner requests.</li>

<li>Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing Team for content for the website and social media, and support the creation of sales and marketing materials.</li>
