Challenge

On average, 20% of our lives are spent in poor health, costing the UK upwards of £100 billion* annually —more than half of what the NHS spends each year.

At Thriva, our mission is to increase healthspan—the years we live in good health—so that we, both as individuals and as a society, can make the most of our present and future.

At Thriva, we believe that proactive, preventative lifestyle approaches are essential to achieving this.

But it can be hard to know where to start. We often don't have the information or support we need to optimise our health proactively.

We want to take the guesswork out of managing health. We focus on putting quality health data in your hands and give you access to technology, innovation, and clinical expertise that makes interpreting this and knowing what action you should prioritise easy.

*Analysis by Institute for Public Policy Research: Healthy Industry, Prosperous Economy 2024
A preventative approach

We go the extra mile to make sure customers are supported and cared for.
We take the development and welfare of others seriously. And we take the time to share feedback regularly.
We look after ourselves. We take time off when we need it, and we’re comfortable sharing if we’re struggling. The team can’t thrive if we’re not thriving

Truly Care

The motivation to improve trumps the need to be right. Strong opinions, weekly held.
If we make a mistake, we look at what we could have done differently - before looking at external factors.
We’re open in sharing learnings, mistakes, and shortcomings with others - to help us learn and grow.

Stay humble

We go all out to make sure our customers and team are as excited as we are, and we bring them along with us.
We communicate a lot to make sure we're pulling in the same direction.
We create a shared vision of the future and get others excited about how to achieve it.
