We often don't have the information or support we need to optimise our health proactively.

We’re hiring a Product Designer who can help us stay close to the user and their problems whilst elevating the design vision behind our end to end health improvement journeys - delivering a compelling mobile experience that supports behavior change, without being attention extractive.</div>
<h2>The Role</h2>
<div>We're building a first-of-its-kind proactive health app, combining deep clinical insight with human-centred design, conversational coaching, and increasingly sophisticated data insight. As Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how this experience looks, feels, and behaves — end to end, from the shape of the problem to the pixels in production.</div>
<div><br>This is fundamentally a creative problem-solving role. Supporting behaviour change is genuinely hard, and much of what we're doing has never been done before. We need someone who can explore a solution space widely, invent novel patterns when they're warranted, and design experiences that meet people where they actually are in their health journey. If you're the kind of designer who is energised rather than daunted by tackling messy human problems head on, you'll thrive here.</div>

Our CTO Founder writes code, our Product Director runs user interviews, and our product managers prototype in code rather than throwing requirements over the wall. Designers and engineers work shoulder to shoulder, increasingly using the latest AI tools to accelerate both the design and the build of first-class experiences. We're looking for someone who's excited by that way of working — comfortable operating at both the strategic and the pixel-perfect level, and happy to get their hands dirty across the whole craft.</div>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<div>Solve hard product problems with creativity and rigour</div>

<li>Balance engagement with restraint, avoiding dark patterns or addictive mechanics in favour of meaningful, lasting impact over months and years</li>
