Navigating data regulation properly is painful.

And at most scaling companies, it all lands on one person - the lucky one who ends up responsible for “doing privacy” alongside their day job. They might not be a privacy pro, but privacy is on their plate.

That’s why we built Trust Keith - to give you the co-pilot and tooling you need to handle privacy properly, continuously, and without the stress.

We’re the modern way to manage privacy as you scale. We’re not a consultancy. We’re not another privacy SaaS tool either. We’re where expert judgement and intelligent automation finally work together - so privacy stops being a liability and starts working for you.

Since 2019, we’ve been building a better way to do privacy - one that’s simple, proportionate, and continuous by design.

About Us

We're willing to challenge the status quo, share an unpopular opinion, and deliver and receive honest feedback.

Brave

We make ourselves accountable by default, following through on what we say we're going to do.

Diligent

We're able to put ourselves in the customers’ and other team members’ shoes. Everyone is human after all.

Empathetic

We're ambitious, want to learn, grow, and become the best version of ourselves.

Growth Mindset

We don’t take ourselves too seriously... We’re very aware we’re building a company in an ‘unsexy’ industry, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun.

Quirky

We're called Trust Keith because data compliance is often associated with being a "boring" and "unsexy" subject, stereotypically conducted by individuals with names like Keith [credit to Family Guy]. We're on a mission to change that perception.

What's in the name?

Our vision is to become the first-choice privacy management solution for privacy owners - displacing the boring, overcomplicated, and incomplete ways companies try to manage compliance today.

We combine hands-on human expertise with an intelligent platform to power continuous privacy operations, turning regulatory chaos into clarity and giving fast-growing companies the confidence to scale through every twist of new risks, fresh data, and ever-shifting regulation.

100s of the world’s most exciting data-centric scale-ups trust us to transform privacy from a liability into a growth enabler. We're scaling quickly and building a community of brilliant fractional DPOs who grow with us; starting small, adding customers over time, and becoming a bigger part of something that's genuinely changing how privacy gets done.

We’ve been named one of Tempo’s Top 100 Start-ups (two years running) and snagged Flexa’s Flexible SaaS Award (2023). We’re a 16-strong, remote team that question, reimagine, and build differently.

What we offer:

🧘‍♀️ Freedom with connection. You’ll have autonomy, but never isolation. You’re part of our team, through and through.

💰 £550/day + performance bonus. Your impact on customers and the business drives your reward.

🎢 Variety. You’ll work across different industries, products, and personalities. Privacy that’s never on repeat.

🧑‍💻 Tech that works for you. Our purpose built platform handles the complexity, so you can focus on driving real strategic impact with your book of Trust Keith customers.

💬 Community, not acquaintances. You’ll collaborate daily with our DPOs, Product, Customer Success, and Ops teams to shape how privacy is delivered.

🎉 Zero beige energy. We’re a start-up that swaps corporate formality for creativity, fun, and momentum.

About you:

You’re beyond the spreadsheet days and want tools that help privacy power the business, not block it. You want to shape how tech supports DPOs, and you’re not shy about giving feedback when it can be better.

You make privacy real. You’ve got energy, empathy, and maybe a few puns up your sleeve. You’re the kind of DPO who gets teams to care, to engage, and boardrooms to listen (maybe even laugh!).

You’re bold, curious, and collaborative. You push boundaries and question norms. You believe that compliance can be fun, and that teamwork is where the magic happens.

And you’re not just looking for “another contract”. You’re looking for a place where your ideas count, your voice is heard, and your work builds something bigger.
