<h3>What you will own in your first year.</h3>
<div><strong>Getting delivery sharp.</strong></div>
<div>Our programmes run across the UK, in person and online, and they need to run brilliantly every time. You will own how they are delivered, from student attendance and Day One to Day Two retention through to the trackers that tell us how we are doing. You will manage our network of freelance Associate Facilitators, and act as our day-to-day safeguarding lead for delivery. Our account managers own the employer relationships, and you will own your team's side of that handoff and take direct responsibility for end-to-end delivery on a small number of employer contracts yourself, always ensuring clean delivery against what has been promised. Through all of it, you will keep asking where better processes and technology, including AI and automation, can take the strain.</div>

<div><strong>Reaching the young people we do not reach yet.</strong></div>
<div>Some of the students our partners need are not on our platform today, and you will own how we change that. You will lead our digital marketing strategy across socials, newsletters and targeted communications, and test new ways to reach a wider and more representative group of young people, including paid social media. The day-to-day content sits with a separate resource, so this is about strategy and direction, not production. You will also maintain your own relationships with a select number of schools, careers hubs, and third-sector organisations to support outreach activity and help us hit targets. You will use data to see what is working, and put more behind what does.</div>

<div><strong>Leading a small team through change.</strong></div>
<div>This is a hands-on role where you will carry your own delivery responsibilities alongside managing the team, not instead of them. You will line manage two Outreach and Delivery Managers, helping them work differently, take real ownership of their deliverables, and grow. Good management here is more than handing out tasks. It is coaching the team through new tools and new ways of working, and building accountability that gives people autonomy while making sure nothing slips.</div>

<h3>Our hiring process.</h3>
<div>We do all our interviews remotely and we do ask you to have camera software enabled. The process usually looks like the one below. If you make an application, we will send you a more detailed breakdown ahead of time.</div>

<li><strong>Step 1:</strong> Initial phone call with the hiring manager. This tends to last around 30 minutes.</li>
<li><strong>Step 2: </strong>First stage interview. A video interview with a cross section of our team, lasting around 45 minutes to 1 hour.</li>
<li><strong>Step 3:</strong> A skills test. We do not expect you to spend more than 1 to 2 hours on this.</li>
<li><strong>Step 4:</strong> Final stage interview, a meet the leadership team call, including a chat about your skills test and some final questions from our C suite team.</li>
