<div><br>Design and lead development programs that support both individual contributors and people managers in growing their skills and careers.</div>
<div><br>Create onboarding and coaching experiences for new managers, helping them transition confidently into leadership roles.</div>
<div><br>Design and govern clear frameworks for progression, performance feedback, and skills development across all levels of the organisation.</div>

<div><br><strong>Culture &amp; Engagement</strong></div>
<div><br>Build a thoughtful, inclusive environment rooted in trust, autonomy and purpose.</div>
<div><br>Design and lead cultural initiatives that are both fun and educational, fostering meaningful recognition, and shared learning.</div>
<div><br>Audit and improve communication/feedback, and team dynamics to ensure they reflect our values and enhance team wellbeing. A key part of this role is to advocate our values and push this deeper in the business.</div>

<div><br>Oversee the full people lifecycle from onboarding and performance to engagement and offboarding, ensuring it's effective &amp; scalable.</div>
<div><br>Use data and feedback to drive improvements in employee experience, DE&amp;I, and team health.</div>
<div><br>Partner with finance and leadership to align people programs with business priorities, while maintaining an employee-first mindset.</div>
<div><br><strong>HR Administration &amp; Compliance</strong></div>
<div><br>Own and maintain all HR documentation including employment contracts, and policy handbooks ensuring compliance with local legislation and best practices.</div>
<div><br>Manage and update internal systems related to holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and other entitlements.</div>
<div><br>Serve as the first point of contact for formal processes, including grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</div>
<div><br>Oversee confidential employee records, ensuring privacy and accuracy, and facilitate any internal investigations in a fair, consistent, and professional manner.</div>

<div><br>You’ve held senior HR roles with a strong track record in organisational development, culture-building, and leadership enablement. Ideally you would have some level of CIPD certification.&nbsp;</div>
