<div>Our paid media team manages a wide variety of campaigns for our clients, across search, shopping, social and more. We work proactively to manage and optimise accounts, creating bespoke reports and dashboards for our clients. We are a team of experienced consultants, who have experience of scaling search and social activity for some of the biggest brands in the world.</div>

<div><strong>Team management &amp; processes</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Taking full ownership and responsibility for the training of junior team members, and providing support for the wider training initiatives within Vervaunt.</li>
<li>Managing the growth and development of your junior team members, and taking full ownership of your team’s PDPs, conducting regular check-ins to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Aligning agency processes and policies across your team and ensuring they are being adhered to.</li>
<li>Sharing industry knowledge with both the team and clients, contextualising the insights to make a meaningful contribution to the agency's overall expertise.</li>
<li>Acting as a troubleshooter and sounding block for paid consultants, serving as their safety net.</li>
<li>Contributing to wider Vervaunt marketing efforts through the creation of blogs, case studies, and other relevant content.</li>

<div><strong>Client relationships &amp; account management</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Developing a full and comprehensive understanding of the clients’ performance marketing activity and broader business objectives.</li>
<li>Ensuring all accounts are achieving KPIs, and proactively bringing strategic input to drive objective achievement and enhance overall performance.</li>
<li>Leading client meetings with a clear agenda and outcome.</li>
<li>Managing client expectations and deliverables through clear, concise communications.</li>
<li>Owning the delivery of client roadmaps and addressing any issues ensuring we maintain a high level of client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Demonstrating confidence with forecasting and scenario planning, and proactively communicating innovative ideas to exceed established KPIs.</li>
<li>Ensuring all activations are executed in a timely manner, alongside implementing and maintaining the correct QA procedures for all activations.</li>
<li>Ensuring the delivery of meaningful client reports, whilst providing context to performance metrics and identifying actionable next steps.</li>
<li>Implementing a clear test and learning approach across clients and leading on executing and refining this approach.</li>
<li>Working with minimal support from senior team members and independently handling tasks such as forecasting, strategy decks, and managing face-to-face meetings.</li>

<div>🔎<strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></div>

<li>3 to 4.5 years’ of PPC or paid social experience</li>
<li>Experience with cross channel e.g. Meta, Google Analytics</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills</li>
<li>Experience leading a team</li>
<li>Experience of managing and delivering for clients</li>
<li>Experience of analysing data and producing reports</li>
<li>Experience of working with and building relationships with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Able to respond positively to new situations</li>
<li>IT literate especially working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload, anticipate needs and work on own initiative and as part of a high functioning team</li>
<li>A passion for following trends and data whilst using analytics to report on, and lead success.</li>
<li>Confident to collaborate and make recommendations in line with marketing strategy and budgets</li>
