How We Hire&nbsp;

At VIOOH, we’re all about the people behind the profiles, so we keep our process human-led and AI-supported. We use AI as a helpful sidekick to help us prioritise applications when things get busy, but it never replaces us; our Talent team still personally reviews every application to make sure we’re seeing the full picture. <br><br>You’ll also notice we use AI-assisted note-taking during interviews, which is a total game-changer because it lets our hiring managers stay fully present in the conversation with you rather than being glued to their keyboards. For us, it’s not about automating people out—it’s about using the right tools to ensure fairer decisions, better feedback, and a much more personal experience from start to finish.

<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Are you ready to make a high-visibility impact at the forefront of digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising? Since launching in 2018, VIOOH has been on an incredible journey—transforming how media buyers and sellers connect globally. Today, we process over 1 billion impressions every month across more than 35 markets, and our growth is only accelerating.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>If you thrive on hands-on analytics engineering, thoughtful SQL optimization, and designing robust data models that power real-world business insights, this is your opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment. You will play a key role as we migrate to modern data stack architecture and explore the future of predictive analytics, semantic layers, and AI-driven development.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Location:</strong> London (hybrid working applies, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our Paddington office).</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div>

Sitting at the center of a collaborative team that works in two-week agile sprints alongside product managers and data engineers, your core focus will span the end-to-end analytics experience—starting from data modeling all the way to actionable insights.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>You will spend roughly 60% of your time on data modeling and 40% on BI, dashboards, and analytics, turning complex data into actionable insights for media owners, DSPs, and internal stakeholders. You will write high-performing SQL queries, optimize dbt models, and translate technical metrics into clear business narratives that empower colleagues to self-serve their data needs. Your immediate focus will be supporting our exciting migration from SnowFlake to ClickHouse, followed by opportunities in 2027 to help build semantic layers and introduce further AI and advanced analytics.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
