How We Hire

At VIOOH, we’re all about the people behind the profiles, so we keep our process human-led and AI-supported. We use AI as a helpful sidekick to help us prioritise applications when things get busy, but it never replaces us; our Talent team still personally reviews every application to make sure we’re seeing the full picture.

You’ll also notice we use AI-assisted note-taking during interviews, which is a total game-changer because it lets our hiring managers stay fully present in the conversation with you rather than being glued to their keyboards. For us, it’s not about automating people out—it’s about using the right tools to ensure fairer decisions, better feedback, and a much more personal experience from start to finish.
