<div>As a Technical Solutions Associate (or Product &amp; Customer Solutions associate as we call it officially), you’ll be the go-to expert for our global DSP partners, guiding them through every step of their integration journey with us.</div>

<div>Your daily focus will involve managing the full end-to-end integration of our global DSP partners while proactively troubleshooting APIs and platform delivery issues. You will be comfortable diving into technical details, including reading and analyzing JSON and Java code, and querying SQL databases to solve complex queries. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will reconcile large datasets in Excel and build insightful dashboards to analyze complex information with 10,000+ data points. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuous improvement by designing and implementing Jira workflows to optimize our global ways of working and documenting recurring issues to improve platform efficiency. Whilst a big part of your role will lean on technical integrations, you’ll also be client facing.&nbsp;</div>
