<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a Stella Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be at the forefront of a transformative approach to menopause care. You’ll provide personalized support to patients, integrate innovative lifestyle recommendations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. <p><strong>In this role, you will</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, both live and asynchronously, providing tailored care</li>
<li>Prescribe FDA-approved hormone and non-hormonal treatments when clinically appropriate</li>
<li>Guide patients in developing treatment plans that integrate lifestyle and behavioral recommendations through the Stella app</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to manage complex cases and ensure comprehensive care</li>
<li>Conduct clinical audits to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care</li>
<li>Offer clinical expertise on menopause and HRT to the Vira Health team, contributing to product refinement and educational content</li>
<li>Build relationships with potential referrers and participate in initiatives that enhance brand awareness</li>

<li>Exceptional communication skills and a desire for patients to feel heard and valued</li>
<li>Proficiency with telehealth platforms and an eagerness to adopt evolving technologies</li>
<li>A proactive mindset and the capacity for independent learning and growth</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Required experience</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Active APRN licensure in 25+ states</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experience in midlife women’s health, with a strong focus on peri/menopause care</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experience delivering care in a telehealth setting</li>
</ul>

<li>WHNP certification</li>
<li>NAMS Certified (MSCP/NCMP)</li>
<li>Experience in startup or fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency</li>
