<div>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at Vira Health. This position focuses on generating qualified leads and building relationships within the employer healthcare market, with a specific emphasis on working with existing reseller partners. The ideal candidate will take a super hands on approach, be comfortable with multiple product/solution offerings and have a deep passion for advancing women’s health across the EMEA market.</div>

<div><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div><br><strong>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Partner with large resellers to identify mutual opportunities and co-selling initiatives</li>
<li>Utilize CRM systems to track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data</li>
<li>Research and identify potential employer clients and key decision-makers within target organizations</li>
<li>Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking</li>
</ul>
<div><br><strong>Sales Support &amp; Collaboration:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Support reseller partners with training materials and sales enablement resources</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging adapting to changing market needs</li>
<li>Work closely with Vira Health Leadership &amp; Reseller Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and deal progression</li>

<div><strong>Performance &amp; Reporting:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated</li>
<li>Maintain detailed activity metrics and pipeline reporting</li>
<li>Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions</li>
<li>Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice development</li>

<div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience a plus)</li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities</li>
<li>Interest in healthcare technology and employer benefits space</li>

<li>Familiarity with healthcare, benefits, or HR technology markets</li>
